Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, but that does not mean we have accepted the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Order Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation before your order has been fulfilled. We will make every reasonable effort to honor cancellation requests received before fulfillment begins, but once processing has started, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. At that point, the order will follow our Shipping & Returns policies.

The Jewelry Reveal

Every Luxe Reveal candle contains a genuine piece of jewelry, sealed and protected inside the wax.

Jewelry styles, designs, materials, and values vary from candle to candle. Reveals are valued from approximately $20 to $7,500. These values are approximate, variable, and not guaranteed; the actual value depends entirely on the specific piece revealed. The exact piece inside your candle is a surprise, and Luxe Reveal does not guarantee any specific style, design, material, or value.

Materials depend on the piece revealed. We do not represent that every piece is hypoallergenic or independently certified. Only select qualifying higher-value pieces may include documentation.

Jewelry cannot be selected, requested, or exchanged for a specific style, design, or value.

Products & Photography

Product photography, including images of jewelry, is illustrative. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but colors, finishes, packaging, and the pictured jewelry may differ from what you receive. Jewelry shown in any image is not guaranteed to be the piece inside your candle.

Candle Safety & Customer Responsibility

Candles are an open flame and must be used with care. You agree to trim the wick before each burn, place the candle on a level heat-safe surface away from flammable materials, never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it away from children, pets, and drafts, and limit each burn to the safe duration printed on the product label.

To retrieve the jewelry, extinguish the candle and allow the wax to cool, then lift the sealed pouch with tweezers or a wick trimmer. Never place your fingers in hot wax. Discontinue use if the vessel is cracked, chipped, or damaged.

You are responsible for following these instructions and all safety warnings provided with the product.

Intellectual Property

The Luxe Reveal name, logo, product photography, text, and site design are owned by Luxe Reveal or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our store, checkout, and payment processing are provided by Shopify and its payment providers, and shipping is performed by third-party carriers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are your responsibility.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Website Use

You agree to use the Luxe Reveal website lawfully and for its intended purpose. You may not use the site to transmit harmful code, interfere with its operation, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our products and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luxe Reveal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from misuse of a candle or failure to follow the safety instructions provided. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version, and the terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
